"We spent 8 days exploring Tamarindo and the surrounding area. We traveled with our 9 and 11 yr old children and Buena Vida #3 was an absolutely beautiful condo with enough space for all of us to stretch out. First of all, the condo is close enough to walk everywhere in town. We also found everything we needed in the condo, from a wine opener to a small cooler for the beach. We really enjoyed the sense of style and local arts displayed, we felt very much at home. It was really nice to be able to come back to the condo and jump in the pool at the end of the day. It was very important to us to have someone at the property since we were new to Costa Rica and were traveling with our children and Calixto was extremely helpful and always available to help. Some highights about Tamarindo; the local food was tasty and there were lots of choices, Mandarina serves the best fruit smoothies we have ever had, we took a catamaran trip, designed our own swimsuits, took surf lessons and explored the beaches.
