It's in a clean, safe, and very modern building just a few hundred meters from two different entrances to Langosta Beach. The interior was furnished with new appliances, nice modern furniture, and had a large comfortable bathroom. The pool is huge and has an impressive bbq area attached to it. I've been coming to Tamarindo/Langosta Beach for 6 years now. This is by far my favorite rental space. Loved the ocean view, the peace and quiet of the building and area, and the friendly staff working at the facility. When my vacation ended, I didn't want to leave. We traveled with our 9 and 11 yr old children and Buena Vida #3 was an absolutely beautiful condo with enough space for all of us to stretch out. First of all, the condo is close enough to walk everywhere in town. We also found everything we needed in the condo, from a wine opener to a small cooler for the beach. We really enjoyed the sense of style and local arts displayed, we felt very much at home. It was really nice to be able to come back to the condo and jump in the pool at the end of the day. It was very important to us to have someone at the property since we were new to Costa Rica and were traveling with our children and Calixto was extremely helpful and always available to help. Some highlights about Tamarindo; the local food was tasty and there were lots of choices, Mandarina serves the best fruit smoothies we have ever had, we took a catamaran trip, designed our own swimsuits, took surf lessons and explored the beaches. We even found some local artwork to bring back home. We definitely want to make another trip to Costa Rica." - Recent visitor to Condo Artista "Great property for large groups, especially with children. - We rented Casa Ix Chel for 6 days to house 9 people, including children ranging from 2 to 8 years old. The house was a perfect size for our group, offered plenty of privacy for each family, and great areas for everyone to be together. Everything was clean and in good repair. The grounds were lush and well maintained. The property includes a bbq area, outdoor shower, and a very nice pool, ideal for use in the evenings and when the kids were too hot or tired to go the beach. It should be noted that there are two small casitas on the property that are rented out separately. The individuals who were living in there at the time were very polite and kept to themselves. I would not recommend the house to individuals in wheelchairs, as there are steps to access everything. The house is on a quiet street, a comfortable 10 minute walk from town and the beach.
