At Coastal Property Management, we love our surroundings including the glorious beaches that make this part of Costa Rica so special.

Coastal Property Management Rebranding

cpmHidden Coast Realty Property Management is still the same company, Property Management del Pacifico HCRPM, SA, owned by Eddie Davis. However, we are re-branding under the name of Coastal Property Management.

Our vacation rentals will still be carried at HiddenCoastRealty.com as always in addition to TripAdvisor.com and our family of Costa Rica vacation rentals websites.  We are additionally building out a webpage all about our property management services at www.coastalrealtycostarica.com

Mari Hernandez is the Director of Property Management.  Alicia Repetto is managing our maids, handymen, other employees and projects for individual units and the HOAs we manage: La Esquina, Courtyard Villas, and Buena Vida.
