What’s Happening Around Tamarindo?

Home School Beach Academy, located just outside of Tamarindo, deserves a big pat on the back for giving back to the community. The Student Council of HSBA asked all students to participate in their food drive this past month and they were able to successfully collect over 300 cans of food. Since this year’s food drive was so successful, there are hopes to bring back the food drive annually to continue to help locals in need.

If you’re looking for a great new Tamarindo restaurant to try, consider dining at the newly opened Pachanga Restaurant. Icho, long-time Tamarindo local, has reopened the restaurant and is serving variety of authentic Italian dishes from all regions of Italy. The noodles are homemade daily to guarantee freshness and there is also a nice wine selection to pair with your meal.

Bingo night at Doña Lee has been very popular event that is held every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. However, Lee is in need of people to donate prizes for the winners. If you would like to help keep this fun activity alive, please consider donating a prize. Call 2653-0127 to donate.

Make Sure You Have This View for Semana Santa/Easter Week

Right now we are inundated with inquiries for Tamarindo Rentals for New Years, 2011, but we do not have any properties available.  Why?  Because people started inquiring many months ago and have booked everything.

Do not let this happen to you for your Tamarindo semana santa visit.  Book early!

Most years our largest properties book first along with our units that are very close by.  It’s always big groups that are hardest to accommodate with full calendars.
