Congratulations to all of the staff from Coastal Property Management. TripAdvisor has rated us excellent again based on our tenant reviews from 2011. We continue to have a rating of 4.5+/5.0 and seek to improve every year.
Many reviews were of our Tamarindo rentals, but don’t forget that we have great properties for rent in Playa Grande, Hacienda Pinilla and Flamingo as well.
Those of you who visit our new office at Plaza Tamarindo A21 will notice a new addition to our door. We received a congratulatory letter from TripAdvisor.com/Flipkey.com letting us know that based on our customer reviews, we won the award for excellence for 2011. We are very happy receive this award as it is based on our visitors reviews of our work.

Hidden Coast Realty Property Management is still the same company, Property Management del Pacifico HCRPM, SA, owned by Eddie Davis. However, we are re-branding under the name of Coastal Property Management.

HCRPM-managed rentals will now be listed on TripAdvisor.com Look for the available vacation rentals to appear on that site within the next couple of weeks. TripAdvisor allows visitors to post reviews of properties as well as restaurants, activities, etc.
